Win or Lose – We Learn
Volleyball season has many ups and downs. How do we define success? Winning all the time is nice, but what are we still learning? Losing is not very fun, but what can we learn and continue to grow and move forward? How we respond, as coaches, to winning and losing can impact the player experience and program culture. This presentation will help coaches find ways to learn and grow in wins and in losses so that their teams find success year after year.
