2026 AVCA Convention Beach Demonstrator/Requests
Please provide as much information as possible so that we can best prepare to support your session. The AVCA will provide the following equipment for on-court sessions: (1) Wireless Headset Microphone (1) Wireless Handheld Microphone (2) ball carts and ~12 volleyballs (1) coach's box up to (6) demonstrators (demonstrators will be on-court 10 minutes early to receive instructions) Special Requests: Please note that due to the high cost of renting audio visual equipment, the AVCA will have limited capability to provide special requests. Speakers are asked not to request special equipment unless the equipment is absolutely necessary for the presentation.
