Since 2009, the AVCA has recognized up and coming volleyball coaches through its Thirty Under 30 awards program.

The association’s “Thirty” brand encompasses the original general award, as well as recognition for beach coaches, club directors/coaches, and high school coaches.  This year, the AVCA is introducing the Thirty OVER 30 Award to recognize coaches with 30 years of AVCA membership and/or 30 years of active volleyball coaching.
