The AVCA is proud to announce its 43rd annual All-America teams for NCAA Division II women’s volleyball.
The 2024 class includes 42 players—14 on the first, second, and third teams—from 26 schools. A trio of programs have three players on those teams: Angelo State, Cal Poly Pomona, and Nebraska-Kearney.
Kenzie Foley of St. Cloud State earns her fourth All-America award, and she is a three-time first-team selection. Taya Beller of Wayne State (NE) and Teagan Starkey of Concordia-St. Paul also become first-teamers for a third time. Cordelia Kearns of Florida Tech and Kimberly DeBoer of San Francisco State become their school’s first-ever All-Americans, as they made the first and second teams, respectively.
Freshman of the Year: Demi Carter, Angelo State University, OH
Player of the Year: Olivia Henneman-Dallape, Ferris State University, OH, Sr.
Coach of the Year: Tia Brandel-Wilhelm, Ferris State University
Assistant Coach of the Year: Kolby Kanetake, Chaminade University
The 2024 All-America selections were made by the AVCA Division II All-America Committee: Chuck Waddington of Angelo State (chair), Chris Herron of Washburn, Laurie Lokash of Slippery Rock, Mika Robinson of Rollins, Jonathan Scott of Point Loma, Brian Smith of Molloy, Loralee Smith of Lewis, and Mike Smith of Mars Hill.
