Jeep AVCA First Serve is 9 days away!

Ten of the nation’s top collegiate volleyball teams will open the 2026 women’s season­­ at the Jeep AVCA First Serve August 21-24 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This event will feature the first eight matches of 2026 Division I women’s volleyball and promises to kick off the season with a bang!

August 21

5 pm CT / 6 pm ET – #8 Texas A&M vs. #7 Louisville

8 pm CT / 9 pm ET – #6 Wisconsin vs. #3 Kentucky

August 22

3 pm CT / 4 pm ET – #6 Wisconsin vs. #7 Louisville

6 pm CT / 7 pm ET – #2 Texas vs. #12 Arizona State

August 23

Noon CT / 1 pm ET – #8 Texas A&M vs. #11 SMU

3 pm CT / 4 pm ET – #4 Pittsburgh vs. #3 Kentucky

August 24

5 pm CT / 6 pm ET – #4 Pittsburgh vs. Xavier

7 pm CT / 8 pm ET – #2 Texas vs. RV Marquette

2026 AVCA Convention Registration is OPEN!!

December 16-20

The year's event will take place Dec. 16–20 in San Antonio, Texas. Join volleyball coaches from around the country and take advantage of over 120 court, beach, and classroom education sessions, connect and network with other coaches, and explore the world’s largest volleyball-specific exhibit show.

The 2026 AVCA Taraflex Division I Women’s Volleyball Preseason Poll was announced on Monday, Aug.10. The top 5 ranking included:

  1. Nebraska
  2. Texas
  3. Kentucky
  4. Pittsburgh
  5. Stanford
