2026 Season Starts in Milwaukee

Ten of the nation’s top collegiate volleyball teams will open the 2026 women’s season­­ at the AVCA First Serve August 21-24 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This event will feature the first eight matches of 2026 Division I women’s volleyball and promises to kick off the season with a bang!


AVCA Team Academic Awards

2025-2026 Team Award Winners Released

The 2025-26 school year proved to be yet another academically dominant year, as 1,432 collegiate and high school volleyball teams maintained a year-long grade-point average of at least 3.3 on a 4.0 scale (or 4.1 on a 5.0 scale), to earn the 2026 AVCA Team Academic Award.
