The FISU America Games are a multi-sport event sanctioned by the International University Sports Federation. Alternating with the Summer and Winter World University Games, the FISU America Games are a regional multi-sport event similar to the Pan-American Games. Student-athletes and coaches are needed for men’s, women’s, and beach volleyball. Dates: November 5-14, 2024, with volleyball competitions being on November 5-9 and beach volleyball on November 12-14. Stevenson University Head Women’s Volleyball and Head Women’s Beach Volleyball Dave Trumbo has announced his retirement. In 17 seasons under Trumbo’s guidance, Stevenson’s Indoor Women’s Volleyball developed 22 All-Americans and 13 appearances in the NCAA Division III Championship. Trumbo successfully built the women’s beach volleyball program, the first in Division III, into one of the top small-college programs in the country.
Goucher College announced that Kate Lindholm has been named the head coach of the Gophers’ women’s volleyball team.
