Watch as AVCA 2022 Thirty Under 30 High School Award recipient and Daniel High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Head Coach Hayley Hoover explains the “Competitive Serving Drill.” This competitive serving drill focuses on serving specific zones while also emphasizing accuracy. This drill can be adjusted to focus on whichever serves you would like your team to work on- short, sidelines, specific seams, etc.

Check out the AVCA/USA TODAY Super 25 and the AVCA/USA TODAY Regional Top 10 girls volleyball rankings as of September 14, 2023. The Super 25 National Rankings are based on the 2023-24 season and determined by AVCA member coaches. Regions are determined by the AVCA.
In this week’s Super 25, Mira Costa (CA) keeps the No. 1 spot, and Divine Savior Holy Angels (WI) cracks the top 5. No. 21 Pace Academy (GA), No. 24 Dike-New Hartford (IA), and No. 25 Iolani (HI) join the poll for the first time this season.
