The days of the Demi-God coach are long over, and players/parents today demand better of those who teach them. In order to grow as a teacher/coach you must commit to being a lifelong learner, and one who takes as well as gives feedback to grow. There is more than one way to be successful, but you have to want to hear it.
Objectives:
1. Coaches will have the opportunity to reflect on their coaching.
2. Coaches will have the opportunity to define successful coaching.
3. Through open discussion, coaches will have the opportunity to share ideas for reflection.
