Career Accomplishments to Date:
Since 2024, I have led Reinhardt University’s volleyball programs to unprecedented success. As Men’s Head Coach, I guided the team to a historic 29–2 record, their first conference championship, and an inaugural NAIA National Championship appearance, earning AAC Head Coach of the Year honors 2024. Transitioning to dual head coaching roles, I led the women’s program to a 25–8 finish and their first national tournament appearance since 2020, receiving a second Coach of the Year award 2024. Most recently, the women captured the 2025 regular season title (29–8), while the men maintained national prominence with a 22–6 season (2025).

At CSUN, became the winningest head coach in CSUN history with my 49th win with the program. We also broke the program record for most wins in a season with 18 wins in 2025. That same season, helped lead a freshman in breaking the single-season record for most wins. Also helped the program achieve its first ever win against a ranked opponent. At Cal Poly, helped guide the Mustangs to a Big West Championship, a top 10 national ranking, and the program's first NCAA Championship match win.

Transformed a 10-20 program in 2022 to 20-11 in 2024. Graduated 7 out of 13 players from '24 and tied program best win percentage (.812) with 26-6 record in 2025. Won program's first ever NCAA tournament game and had the highest seed #5 in history. Program-best conference record 13-1 and
best start in program history 9-0. Program-record 5 players were named to the CACC All-Conference Teams, including CACC Player of the Year, and back-to-back Defensive Player of the Year. Peric and Groves also became the first-ever D2CCA All-American First Teamers in school history as well as AVCA All-American Honorable Mentions.

When I joined the program in 2023, after its first official season in 2022, I jumped right into a high level environment where winning was the bare minimum. Weatherford College volleyball are 4 peat NTJCAC Conference Champs, 2023 and 2025 Region V Champions, and has made 3 National Appearances, where this past fall finished 4th in the Nation!
Another accomplishment dear to my heart is the Naomi Warren Award, which is a character award introduced in my name, given to a student-athlete who displayed great sportsmanship, character, and camaraderie throughout the season at my Alma Mater, Boswell High School.
