The AVCA is proud to announce its 19th annual High School All-America Teams for boys volleyball. The teams can include non-seniors and only players whose high school head coaches are AVCA members were eligible for nomination.

There are 14 players on the first team, 14 on the second team, and 24 honorable mention selections. This year’s group of 52 student-athletes are from 35 high schools in 16 different states.

Loyola [CA] High School leads the way with four players receiving recognition (two first-teamers and two second-team picks), followed by three players each from Corona del Mar [CA] High School (two first-teamer and one honorable mention selection), Mira Costa [CA] High School (two first-teamers and one honorable mention selection), and Perry [AZ] High School (two first-teamers and one honorable mention selection).

Twenty seven colleges received at least one commitment from a 2026 AVCA All-American. There are six schools with at least two first or second teamers: George Mason, Long Beach St, Loyola Chicago, UCLA, UCSB, and USC.  UCLA and UCSB both have three commitments from the first or second teamers.

The 2026 AVCA Boys High School All-America Teams selection committee includes Tyler McClure of Cathedral High School (Midwest Region), Bill Schreier of Wheaton Warrenville South HS (Midwest), Sean Tierney of Elder High School (Midwest), Neiad Ammary of Liberty High School (Northeast), Mike Lucia of Cicero-North Syracuse High School (Northeast), Michael Boehle of Loyola High School of Los Angeles (West), Charlie Jackson of Poway High School (West), David Jones of La Jolla High School (West), Matt Marrujo of Servite High School (West), Kevin Pratte (West), Gina McFerren of Freedom High School (South), Kris Fiore of Lincoln Way East High School (Midwest), and Matt Slechta of Plainfield North High School (Midwest).
