Webinar | Developing your new boys program: Creating culture, Practice plans and goals
Boys volleyball is growing throughout the country. A lot of new club programs and high school programs are being established. We have all coached volleyball before, but developing a brand new program with brand new players; can be challenging.
We will be going over how to develop and maintain a culture within your new program that works with the goals and values that will be established by your new team.
We will be going over how to be efficient with practice plans that keep everyone moving and everyone getting the max amount of touches in a short two hours. Also developing their technical and tactical skills since your program is new.
We will be going over preseason, mid season, and post season evals and goals for your players and program. Making sure you are growing as a program and tracking progress. Being realistic and also making sure you are challenging your players, finding that balance.
Presenter: Allison Regan (Boys Technical Director for Downstate North & Assistant Men’s/Women’s Volleyball Coach for Bard College)
