I am Ron Zwerver, from The Netherlands, Nominated in The International Hall of Fame, Winner of Olympic Gold and Silver, ’96 and ’92, and former Associate Head Coach of Oregon State Volleyball, 2016 – 2020. I am now in business as a recruiter for Dutch male and female players who want to play indoor and beach volleyball, and study at an American College.

Our presentation is focused on how to bond with international volleyball players. The do’s and the don’ts for European players. Do you know what their volleyball world is? How to recognize their level in Europe? What different levels of High School there are? … What specific information you can get besides a Volleyball Highlight and what you need to be prepared for?

Participants will define success for themselves as a coach and how that impacts their coaching.
