In this presentation our panel will discuss how volleyball programs have evolved in search of the sweet spot for training athletes to get the reps they need while keeping them in optimal physical and mental condition. The speakers will review workload numbers, how to objectively and subjectively measure our athletes, and what changes we make based on the data collected as well as the mental state of our teams.
