While recruiting and working camps we see a lot of bad habits that become more and more ingrained in an athlete as they get older. The older they are, the tougher it is to change a habit. This presentation will examine the basic skills of volleyball and ways to help teach players the basic movements. Topics covered in this session include: 1) Understanding movement patterns for each skill. 2) What common bad habits look like. 3) Drills that will improve technique and performance.
