Balancing Structure, Continuity and Variation in Practice
Organizing meaningful practice is a critical part of coaching. Well organized practices have consistency and structure in their purpose, approach, and organization. They allow for continuity from one practice to the next. They avoid monotony by including variation in drills and activities all while focusing on the fundamentals and needs of the players and team. This workshop will provide coaches with strategies to organize meaningful, effective practices with a purpose while allowing creativity and variety within.
