In this session you'll hear how to be an effective assistant coach at any level. You'll be able to hear about my experience and how to maximize your team's success in a role as an assistant coach. I'll go over everything from being an appealing coach to hire as an assistant, to things I've done which I felt were instrumental to coaching all-Americans and winning at the highest level on the men's and women's side.
