Crushing Confidence in Volleyball

Join our speakers as they discuss the ingredients of confidence. In working with the best volleyball players from high school to the Olympics, if there is one common struggle it is with being able to maintain confidence. The good news is that confidence can be trained like any physical skill. In this session coaches will learn: 1. In-depth review of the 6 Max Out Mindset ingredients of confidence.2. Intentional focus on the 2nd ingredient of confidence, self-talk, and its importance in training confidence.3. A deep dive into our 3rd ingredient of confidence, the role that teammates and coaches can have on one's confidence. This is what we call our "hidden" ingredient of confidence. 4. Update on mental health care in athletes and the role that good mental health plays in being confident in life and sport.
