Increase Learning During Play By Increasing Mental Rigor
A familiar situation in volleyball is athletes wanting to “just play” at practice. As coaches, it’s our job to grow and develop athletes' skills and knowledge of the game. This session will discuss different ways to structure small games that increase the mental rigor of the experience and provide an opportunity to practice game plan implementation.
