Utilizing Social Media Platforms to Enhance Your Program and Brand Awareness

Not everyone at the small college or club level has a social media director or a person on staff dedicated only to recruiting. We will cover some easy trips and tricks on how to create a larger social media presence within Instagram, Twitter, and/or Facebook to help your brand awareness and to use it for recruiting purposes. There is a shift in volleyball with youth athletes using Instagram as a recruiting tool to get their name out there. A larger presence on this platform can help you reach more recruits and to highlight your athletes in a more personal way. Topics covered include: 1. How to use Instagram in a way to build a bigger recruiting base 2. Participants will understand the value in their “brand” and how to market it to recruits 3. Tips to not feel overwhelmed with the different social media platforms.
