The manner in which you approach communication in your program is critical. In this presentation, the speakers will discuss how to improve your communication with Gen Z, best practices for communicating with your staff, as well as absolute ""no-no's"" when it comes to communication within your program. Coaches will learn: 1. The nuances of the how Gen Z communicates with us and what we need to bring to the table as coaches in order to facilitate open lines of communication and understand them more effectively. 2. The importance of recognizing their identities and understanding their importance to the program. 3. How to empathize with other team personnel in order to create staff synergy and job fulfillment. 4. To identify the challenges that we as coaches are faced with in the modern-day era of ""cancel culture".
