NCVBCA Watch List Nomination Deadline Extended

RALEIGH, NC (AUGUST 26, 2026) – The North Carolina Volleyball Coaches Association (NCVBCA) is pleased to announce its 2026-27 NCVBCA Players to Watch List. This year’s Watch List honors 263 student-athletes from high schools throughout the state. These athletes were nominated by North Carolina high school varsity volleyball head coaches.
The Watch List sets the stage for the NCVBCA All-Region, All-State and Player of the Year awards programs with nominations opening October 12.

- August 27: Players to Watch List Announcement
- October 12-16: All-Region & Coach of the Year Nominations
- October 26: All-Region Announcement
- Oct. 26 – Nov. 2: All-State/ Player of the Year Voting, and Coach of the Year Voting
- November 9: All-State Announcement
- November 16: Player of the Year and Coach of the Year Announcement
NCVBCA/AVCA membership is required to nominate & receive NCVBCA & AVCA awards.
