NCVBCA All-State Teams
Each fall, the North Carolina Volleyball Coaches Association (NCVBCA) recognizes All-State Teams. Athletes selected to NCVBCA All-Region are eligible for NCVBCA All-State and Player of the Year. All-State Teams were voted on and determined by NCVBCA active member head coaches in each school classification.
- NOMINATE ALL-REGION: October 12-16, 2026
- VOTE ALL-STATE: October 26 - November 2, 2026
NCVBCA/AVCA membership is required to nominate & receive NCVBCA & AVCA awards.
All-State Voting Instructions:
Each NCVBCA member varsity head coach may submit one All-State voting ballot in their NCHSAA school classification from October 26 to November 2, 2026.
- VOTE: All-State Class 1A
- VOTE: All-State Class 2A
- VOTE: All-State Class 3A
- VOTE: All-State Class 4A
- VOTE: All-State Class 5A
- VOTE: All-State Class 6A
- VOTE: All-State Class 7A
- VOTE: All-State Class 8A
All-State Selection Process:
- Athletes selected to All-Region are eligible for All-State and Player of the Year
- Voting ballots from NCVBCA varsity head coach members determine All-State Teams
- Coaches must rank 12 student-athletes on your voting ballot and select one athlete for Player of the Year with a “power vote”
- Student-athletes with the highest vote totals in each class will receive All-State
- All-State Teams will be announced November 10, and Player of the Year will be announced November 17
