Alice Rogers is the AVCA Membership and Awards Specialist. She manages several awards programs including: Women’s Division II and Division III, Collegiate Beach, Team Academic, Club Awards, Thirty Under 30, and Victory Club. She is the staff liaison to the Division III Women’s Head Coaches Committee. Additionally, she is editor of the ‘At the Net’ weekly newsletter and manager of the USAV Region Affiliate Partner Program. With the membership team, she supports retention and growth initiatives and often represents AVCA at high school coaching clinics.

Alice joined the AVCA staff in 2016 as a Member Services Coordinator. In this role she also assisted other non-profit clients of AVCA’s parent company, Associations International. Prior to her career in association management, she worked in retail merchandising and logistics. Alice earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Murray State University where she studied advertising and was president of the American Advertising Federation student chapter. She is currently studying towards a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. In her spare time, you’re likely to find Alice reading, crafting, or at the movies.
