Allison Ivetic is the AVCA Director of Strategic Initiatives. With a passion for volleyball and a wealth of experience in the sports industry, Allison has brought a unique blend of strategic thinking and creativity to the association since 2017. She is responsible for developing and overseeing new partnerships and projects to advance the association and sport as well as the AVCA’s marketing and branding efforts. Allison also plays a large role in the Annual AVCA Convention planning: coordinating banquets, volunteer staff and many of the AVCA’s scholarship programs.

Allison has worked in membership organizations for over 10 years and enjoys working closely with individual members and groups of members to help advance their professional lives. She is always looking to enhance the offerings of the AVCA and welcomes all member ideas for ways to build our community.

Outside the office, Allison is an avid, average, volleyball player and loves spending her free time reading, hiking, and adventuring with her husband, son & daughter. She is also the proud owner of a calico cat named Cricket.
