Becca Just is the Manager of Beach Volleyball, Events, and Education at the American Volleyball Coaches Association. She oversees all things beach volleyball, including the AVCA Fall Collegiate Beach Championships, In the Sand Newsletter, Beach ACE, and Polls/Pairs of the Week. She also manages Webinars, Match Point Mentoring Program, and AVCA Convention Speakers.

Becca is also a high school and club volleyball coach and a recipient of the AVCA Thirty Under 30 Award. Prior to the AVCA, Becca was a high school Biology teacher. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Education from St. Catharine College, where she represented her college in volleyball — she was a second-team AVCA All-American — cross country, and track & field’s heptathlon event.
