Beth Van Fleet was elected to the AVCA Board of Directors in the fall of 2021 and began serving as Beach Volleyball Representative on January 1, 2022. This board seat is charged with leading the Beach Head Coaches Committee and serving all Beach Volleyball member coaches. Beth’s goals for her term include:
Creating a pipeline for people interested in coaching beach volleyball at the collegiate level to connect them with programs hiring
Continue the growth of beach volleyball at the high school, club, and collegiate levels
Develop and support the AVCA Collegiate Beach Pairs Championships
Be accessible to all beach volleyball coaches
Reach 125 NCAA beach volleyball programs and support NAIA, CCCAA, and NJCAA in their growth
