Erin Lindsey was appointed to the AVCA Board of Directors in March 2023 per a recommendation from AVCA Board President, Keegan Cook. She has served as the Awards Representative since 2020. This board seat is charged with leading the DI Women’s All-America Committee and working with the AVCA’s awards staff to set policies for all awards programs. Erin’s goals for her term include:
? Growth in nominations across all awards programs and divisions
? Leveraging technology tools to improve committee resources
? Improved efficiency in nomination and selection processes
? Exploring additional opportunities for award winner recognition
