Since 2024, I have led Reinhardt University’s volleyball programs to unprecedented success. As Men’s Head Coach, I guided the team to a historic 29–2 record, their first conference championship, and an inaugural NAIA National Championship appearance, earning AAC Head Coach of the Year honors 2024. Transitioning to dual head coaching roles, I led the women’s program to a 25–8 finish and their first national tournament appearance since 2020, receiving a second Coach of the Year award 2024. Most recently, the women captured the 2025 regular season title (29–8), while the men maintained national prominence with a 22–6 season (2025).

4th place in 15 Liberty at Music City Qualifier, 1st place in 15 Liberty at Windy City
Qualifier, 5th place in 17 USA at Salt Lake City Qualifier, 3rd place in USA at Lone Star
Qualifier, and 5th place at USAV Nationals in 17 USA, with 1 athlete named to USAV
All-Tournament team! I have also helped 50+ athletes reach their goals of playing
college volleyball.

club taking over all of the libero training and development for the club when I was 22.

Career Accomplishments to Date:
Since 2019, I have coached and trained hundreds of athletes through private lessons,
club coaching, and the development of my training business, Elite Volleyball Training
Academy (EVTA). I currently coach at Oklahoma Charge Volleyball Club and Mustang
High School, focusing on athlete development, confidence, and leadership. During the
most recent club season, my team consistently finished in the top 10 and often top 5 in
tournament competition. Through EVTA and my social media platforms, I have
expanded access to training resources and mentorship beyond my teams, creating
opportunities for athletes in my region to grow on and off the court.

Career Accomplishments to Date:
When I joined the program in 2023, after its first official season in 2022, I jumped right into a high level environment where winning was the bare minimum. Weatherford College volleyball are 4 peat NTJCAC Conference Champs, 2023 and 2025 Region V Champions, and has made 3 National Appearances, where this past fall finished 4th in the Nation!
Another accomplishment dear to my heart is the Naomi Warren Award, which is a character award introduced in my name, given to a student-athlete who displayed great sportsmanship, character, and camaraderie throughout the season at my Alma Mater, Boswell High School.
